Do you have an idea?
From idea to concept
To finished prototype
1. Understand the problem and the target audience
• Research: What is the purpose of the product or service? What are the business goals? Who are the customers the solution is aimed at?
• Customer survey: By using methods such as interviews, surveys, and analysis of customer behavior, you can gain an understanding of the target audience's needs, frustrations, and goals.
2. Define the customer's needs
• Customer profiles: Create customer profiles based on research that helps ensure you reach the customers you want in a way that suits them.
• Customer journeys: Map the customer journey, i.e., the steps a customer takes to achieve a specific goal. Identify any problems or challenges.
• Problem definition: Clearly define what the problems are and what the customers need.
We help you turn your idea into a prototype that is perfect for seeking funding or presenting a strong business case. We prefer to work together with you to ensure that the solution not only meets your business goals but also impresses investors and engages users.
Depending on how far you've come with your idea and concept, we can work with different methods to ensure we land correctly with the prototype and solution proposals.
Some examples of methods we work with are:
• Low-fidelity prototypes: We create simple prototypes that can demonstrate user flows and interactions, but without detailed design.
• High-fidelity prototypes: After several rounds of feedback, we develop more detailed prototypes with real design components that approach a finished solution.
• Interaction design: We design the interactive elements, how users interact with the product, including buttons, transitions, and animations.
